Controller vs processor
In typical deployments the customer organization is the controller of tenant and operational data; Lanlord acts as a processor providing the software service. Final roles are defined in your order form or master agreement.
USA-first posture
Lanlord v1 targets US-based property operations. Infrastructure defaults favor US regions where available. Any non-US subprocessors are disclosed in the executed DPA and subprocessors list below.
Data categories
Account data, property and tenant operational records, maintenance and financial workflows, documents, support communications, and limited website analytics. We do not sell customer data.

Access controls, encrypted transport, audit-oriented admin design, and abuse protections are described on our security page. Specific controls evolve with the product roadmap.
