Add a property

Create a property record with address, strategy, and units.

Open in Lanlord

Before you start

Know the property address and whether it is Rental or another strategy.
Owner or Property Manager role required.

Steps

Open Properties (/properties) from the sidebar.
Click Add property.
Enter name, address, and property strategy (choose Rental for tenant workflows and listings).
Save — the property profile opens for units, photos, and leases.

What happens next

Add units, tenants, or publish a listing for vacant rentals.
