Manage units on a property

Steps

1. Open Properties and select a property.
2. On the property profile, find the Units section.
3. Click Add unit — name the unit (e.g. "Unit A" or "2F").
4. Set status as occupied or vacant when leases are created or ended.

Tips

• Single-family rentals often use one unit per property.
• Multi-family properties need one unit row per rentable space.
