Assign workers and vendors

Assign maintenance tickets to in-house workers or external vendors.

Open in Lanlord

Steps

Open Operations → Maintenance and select a ticket.
Assign a worker from your team or a vendor from your vendor list.
Set priority and scheduled date if dispatching.
Workers see assigned jobs in the field mobile view (/worker).

Before you start

Add vendors and workers under Operations → Vendors & workers or Settings → Team.
