Maintenance tickets — create and track

Steps

1. Open Operations → Maintenance (/operations/maintenance).
2. Click New ticket — select property, unit (optional), title, and priority.
3. Add description and photos as the job progresses.
4. Update status: New → In progress → Completed (or Waiting parts).

Tips

• Tenants may submit requests via the portal — those appear here for triage.
• Use Operations → Calendar for scheduled visits.
