What Kai can do
- Answer questions about open maintenance, occupancy, and collection metrics using live org data.
- Suggest navigation — e.g. "where do I publish a listing?" → People → Listings.
- Search help guides from the Lanlord Resources center.
How to open Kai
Click the Kai button (bottom-right) on eligible pages. Ask in plain language.
Privacy
Kai reads only your organization's data through approved tools — not other customers' records.
