Install the Lanlord mobile app

Download Lanlord for iOS or Android and sign in as tenant, renter, worker, or staff.

Who this is for

Anyone using Lanlord on a phone: tenants, renters, maintenance workers, and landlord staff.

Get the app

  1. Android: Search Lanlord in Google Play (package com.lanlord.app) or install from your organization’s closed testing invite.
  2. iOS: Install via TestFlight when your workspace is enrolled in the beta, then search Lanlord in the App Store after public release.
  3. Open the app and choose your sign-in path on the welcome screen:
    • Staff / landlord — workspace username and password
    • Tenant — email and portal password from your invite
    • Renter — phone number OTP (hub for leases across landlords)

First launch tips

  • Allow notifications when prompted so you can receive rent reminders, job assignments, and inbox replies.
  • Enable Face ID / fingerprint after login for faster unlock on shared devices.
  • Set EXPO_PUBLIC_API_BASE_URL only applies to developer builds; production apps talk to https://api.lanlord.app.
  • Before a store release, run through the mobile device checklist.

Switching personas (staff)

Workers with both a staff membership and a linked worker profile can switch between Field and Landlord glance modes from the account menu. Contractors working for multiple landlords can switch organizations from the same menu.
